About the role

SHRM is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Product Manager. This position will be responsible for managing and developing products that enhance the user experience and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing to ensure successful product launches
• Conduct market research and analyze data to inform product development decisions
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features
• Manage product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond
• Ensure products meet quality standards and user needs
• Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully launching and maintaining high-quality products
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of product development processes and tools
• Understanding of human resource management principles and practices

Skills

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
