About the role
SHRM is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Product Manager. This position will be responsible for managing and developing products that enhance the user experience and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing to ensure successful product launches
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform product development decisions
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features
- Manage product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond
- Ensure products meet quality standards and user needs
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully launching and maintaining high-quality products
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of product development processes and tools
- Understanding of human resource management principles and practices
Skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
