About the role

We're looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. You'll deliver outstanding customer service, support and lead colleague engagement, and proactively partner with managers to address performance concerns, investigate complaints, and advise leadership on appropriate resolutions. You will also play a key role in the administration of annual compensation planning, including market surveys and salary range adjustments.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to colleagues
  • Support and lead colleague engagement
  • Proactively partner with managers in assigned departments to address performance concerns, investigate complaints, and advise leadership on appropriate resolutions
  • Play a key role in the administration of annual compensation planning, including market surveys and salary range adjustments

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience
  • Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SPHR) are a plus

Skills

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Experience with HRIS systems
