Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and workplace concerns.
- Afford assistance in administering employee compensation and benefits programs, including open enrollment, FSA/HSA plans, and workers’ compensation claims.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and organizational policies.
- Cook up coordination and support for employee training, professional development, and leadership development initiatives.
- Afford assistance with policy development and updates to support effective HR practices and regulatory compliance.
- Support organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Show strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices while ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality HR services.
- Display excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and build effective working relationships across the organization.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in employee relations.
- HR certifications such as PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP are preferred.
