Senior HR & Talent Specialist - AI Training

About the role

Use senior HR and talent expertise to help train advanced AI systems. You will create, evaluate, and refine high-difficulty tasks involving talent acquisition, total rewards, HR business partnering, organizational development, learning partnerships, and specialist HR workflows.

Responsibilities

• Produce expert tasks and gold-standard solutions involving HR policy, compensation and benefits, talent pipelines, engagement, and performance frameworks.
• Author realistic scenarios and apply consistent evaluation rubrics.
• Review and calibrate work for regulatory accuracy, practical realism, and enterprise quality.
• Identify edge cases and help refine strategic HR evaluation standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in a specialized HR domain such as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Business Partnering, or L&D Partnerships.
• Deep experience designing and executing HR workflows, compensation and benefits structures, talent pipelines, or employee-engagement programs.
• Strong ability to evaluate and author complex HR scenarios, strategic policies, and gold-standard evaluation rubrics.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CCP, or an equivalent professional HR certification is strongly preferred.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, or quality assurance experience is helpful but not required.

Schedule

This project is expected to run for approximately eight weeks. You should be available for at least four hours per day and have some overlap with Pacific Time. Depending on project needs and your interest, there may be an option to work up to 40 hours per week. Weekly hours are not guaranteed.

Pay

$57 USD per hour.
