Senior Field Service Technician

About the role

The Senior Field Service Technician will execute field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role involves working with civil and mechanical equipment conditions, conducting installations, and identifying and remedying safety issues (both Company and Customer-owned equipment).

Responsibilities

• Takes care of company property
• Create and maintain a safe working environment and culture within the organization
• Take direct supervision but can work independently if needed
• Travel requirements: Local travel

Requirements

• Must be able to function in a team environment
• Willingness to learn
• Pass background check & pre-employment drug screen
• Clean driving record
• Water treatment experience highly preferred
• HVAC experience highly preferred
• 2 to 5 years of technical work experience

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent
• Electrical, mechanical ability
• Lead by example
• Must have customer service experience
• Must demonstrate critical thinking and troubleshooting ability
• Must synthesize technical information and communicate it clearly
• Must derive insight from customer experience to produce outcomes and solve moderately complex problems often in novel and unexpected ways

Skills

• Technically sound
• Experience with Microsoft Office including smart devices

Pay

The estimated salary range for this position is $28 to $32/hourly. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location.
