Senior Field Service Technician
About the role
The Senior Field Service Technician will install, service, and maintain water purification equipment, using a company service vehicle. Specific training will be provided, with preference given to candidates with valid driving licenses and relevant technical experience.
Responsibilities
- Install, service, and maintain water purification equipment
- Utilize a company service vehicle
- Provide troubleshooting and repair services for electrical equipment, including electric controls, related industrial equipment, variable frequency drives, and PLC controls
- Work in a high customer-facing position, identifying and remedying potential safety concerns
- Pass a background check, drug screen, MVR, and DOT physical
- Drive a company service vehicle 50% or more daily, with approximately 15% overnight travel and local travel up to 1-3 hours drive time
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2-5 years technical experience preferred, particularly in industrial or commercial process water
- Service and repair knowledge of electrical equipment
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing electric controls, related industrial equipment
- Experience with variable frequency drives and PLC controls preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including the ability to utilize smart devices
- Ability to work in a high customer-facing position
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

This position has general day shift hours with overtime opportunities and a compensated on-call rotation with occasional afternoons/weekends.
