Senior Executive Assistant

Responsibilities
- Provide professional administrative support to a C-Suite executive, managing calendars, meetings, travel, and communications.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and special projects.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
- Address scheduling, communication, and process issues, escalating as needed.
- Facilitate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and recommend improvements to administrative processes and tools.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of executive-level administrative processes and tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools.
- Adeptness at handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Resourceful, self-directed, and thriving in a dynamic setting.
- Experience planning and coordinating events, meetings, and projects.
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Two or more years supporting executives or senior management.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and values-driven culture.
- Willingness to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.
Skills
- Highly organized and excels at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communicator, able to interact with all levels of the organization.
Pay
$90,000—$105,000 USD. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets.
