Senior Email Architect and Administrator

Responsibilities

• Lead administration and architecture for Microsoft Exchange Server and Exchange Online.
• Develop and execute strategies for migrating on-premises and hybrid Exchange environments to Exchange Online.
• Design and maintain email security controls for Exchange and Exchange Online.
• Manage high availability, backup, and disaster recovery solutions for Exchange.
• Optimize and troubleshoot Exchange and Exchange Online messaging infrastructure.
• Administer supporting Windows and Active Directory infrastructure for Exchange.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate Exchange administration tasks.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience as a senior Microsoft Exchange architect across hybrid and cloud environments.
• Active Public Trust Clearance or higher.
• Lead architect experience migrating hybrid and on-premises Exchange environments to Exchange Online.
• Primary technical SME for Exchange and Exchange Online security design and implementation.
• 5+ years of experience as a senior Exchange administrator, including Exchange 2013 and Exchange Online.
• Expert-level skills in administration, configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting Exchange and Exchange Online.
• Familiarity with Windows Server 2016+ administration and PowerShell scripting.

Pay

$121,000 – $182,000 annually
