Position Summary

The Senior Director of Retail Marketing is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving brand growth, revenue, and market share across wholesale and retail channels. This individual will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, strengthen key partnerships, and deliver compelling consumer experiences across physical and digital retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • To ensure consistent brand storytelling and customer experience:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale and franchise partners to maximize brand presence, commercial success, and global expansion.

    • Collaborate with commercial teams to develop account-specific marketing plans, promotions, and product launches.

    • Oversee wholesale and franchise marketing activities (digital and physical), ensuring alignment with brand standards.

  • To build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team:

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, creative, and wider brand teams.

    • Manage external agencies, vendors, and partners as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 10+ years of experience in retail marketing, experiential marketing, or wholesale marketing, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.

  • Proven experience leading strategy for and execution of retail and wholesale marketing including but not limited to store openings, regional expansion, physical activations, and digital messaging.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams.

  • Highly strategic with the ability to also execute in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Compensation

$175,000 - $190,000 / year
