Job Responsibilities
- Develops and implements retail and channel marketing plans that support corporate objectives and grow market share and profitability across products and services.
- Develops and manages channel partner programs, promotions, contracts, and account activities.
- Forecasts, builds, and manages market development and co-op budgets.
- Analyzes sales reports and market trends to identify priority channels and account targets.
- Serves as the liaison between marketing and sales to keep marketing plans and sales activities aligned.
- Tracks the effectiveness of retail marketing programs and informs pricing, promotion, and program decisions to meet sell-through and ROI goals.
- Promotes and prepares point-of-purchase, point-of-sale, and merchandising materials to distributors, retailers, and store locations to support in-store promotions.
- Prepares and presents ongoing performance reports to sales, marketing, and executive leadership.
Pre-Requisites
- 5+ years of retail or channel marketing experience, including direct ownership of marketing budgets and promotional programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across sales, brand, and retailer/partner accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to executive audiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Works independently and can prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Pay
Ranges (per Annum): $91,658.00 - $152,764.00
