Key Responsibilities
- Translate marketing strategy into actionable campaign plans, project briefs, timelines, assignments, and deliverables.
- Lead and support internal marketing team members across design, content, web, social media, events, and related marketing functions.
- Manage external marketing contractors and vendors, including copywriters, designers, developers, agencies, and other outsourced resources as needed.
- Cook up integrated B2B marketing campaigns across email, web, content, social media, webinars, events, digital advertising, and other channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- At least 7 to 10 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including campaign execution, team coordination, content, digital marketing, events, and marketing operations.
- Experience in the BPO, contact center, CX, outsourcing, or related business services industry is strongly preferred.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience managing marketing team members, contractors, vendors, or cross-functional marketing programs.
- Experience translating marketing strategy into execution plans, project workflows, team assignments, and measurable campaign deliverables.
- A strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, content marketing, digital channels, and campaign coordination.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, vendor costs, contractor scopes, invoices, and campaign-level spend in partnership with senior leadership.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, CMS, project management, and collaboration tools.
- The ability to work effectively with sales, executives, internal stakeholders, external vendors, and distributed marketing resources.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage direct reports, contractors, deadlines, priorities, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and moving parts at once.
- A working knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email, website, SEO, paid media, social media, content, webinars, and events.
Pay
$100,000 Annually
