Senior Director - Global Transaction Analytics
About the role
A&M is a global consulting firm with over 10,000 professionals in 40 countries. We provide financial and accounting due diligence, capital markets and accounting advisory, global transaction analytics, ETS advisory, and other M&A services to private equity, hedge funds, sovereign wealth, family offices, and corporations worldwide. The Global Transaction Analytics (GTA) practice within our Transaction Advisory Group seeks a Senior Director to lead client engagements, manage teams, and deliver data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead numerous client engagements
- Manage and prioritize team responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior team members on multiple deals
- Counsel and mentor junior team members
- Recruit, train, and develop junior staff members
- Effectively manage client interactions and relationships
- Contribute to sales pursuits and generate new business
- Increase market share within existing clients and expand non-TAG purchases
- Identify and pursue referrals from existing and new clients
- Proactively manage engagement risks and address client or engagement issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in data analytics or transaction services
- Experience in buy-side/vendor due diligence across various industries
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Understanding of M&A/PE investment lifecycle
- Hands-on data analytics experience with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and big data/machine learning concepts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
Benefits
