Senior Director - Global Transaction Analytics

A&M is a global consulting firm with over 10,000 professionals in 40 countries. We focus on providing strategic advisory services to various industries, including private equity, hedge funds, and corporate clients. The Global Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) specializes in financial and accounting due diligence, capital markets, and ETS advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Lead numerous client engagements
• Manage and prioritize team responsibilities
• Collaborate with senior members of the team
• Counsel and mentor junior members of the team
• Recruit, train, and develop junior staff members
• Effectively manage client interactions
• Contribute to sales pursuits
• Expand TAG market share
• Identify and pursue referrals
• Manage engagement risks

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in data analytics or transaction services
• Experience in buy-side/vendor due diligence
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Hands-on data analytics experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and big data concepts
• Strong project management and communication skills

Benefits

The base salary is $225,000 annually, with a discretionary bonus program.
