Senior Director - Global Transaction Analytics

A&M is a global consulting firm with over 10,000 professionals in 40 countries. We provide financial and accounting due diligence, capital markets, and other M&A services to private equity, hedge funds, sovereign wealth, family offices, and corporations worldwide. The Global Transaction Analytics (GTA) practice within TAG specializes in data analytics and business insights for M&A strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead numerous client engagements
• Manage and prioritize team responsibilities
• Collaborate with senior members of the team
• Counsel and mentor junior members of the team
• Recruit, train, and develop junior staff members
• Manage day-to-day client interactions
• Contribute to sales pursuits
• Expand TAG market share
• Identify and pursue referrals
• Manage engagement risks

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in data analytics or transaction services
• Buy-side/vendor due diligence experience across industries preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Understanding of M&A/PE investment lifecycle
• Hands-on data analytics experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, relational databases/SQL querying, Alteryx, Tableau, big data, and machine learning concepts
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts
• Exceptional project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work in fast-paced settings
