Senior Director - Global Transaction Analytics
About the role

We specialize in providing financial and accounting due diligence, capital markets, and other M&A services to private equity, hedge funds, sovereign wealth, family offices, and corporations worldwide. The Global Transaction Analytics (GTA) practice within the Transaction Advisory Group offers data analytics services to uncover actionable insights for clients across various industries.
Responsibilities
- Lead numerous client engagements
- Manage and prioritize team responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior members of the team
- Counsel and mentor junior members of the team
- Recruit, train, and develop junior staff members
- Effectively manage client interactions and relationships
- Contribute to sales pursuits for new client business
- Increase market share within existing clients
- Pursue referrals from existing and new clients
- Manage engagement risks and address potential issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in data analytics or transaction services
- Experience in buy-side/vendor due diligence across industries preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong technical background with hands-on data analytics experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, relational databases/SQL querying, Alteryx, Tableau, big data, and machine learning concepts
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
- Exceptional project management and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
Benefits
The base salary is $225,000 annually, with a discretionary bonus program based on performance.
