Senior Director Decision Support

Responsibilities

• Set the enterprise strategy for decision support and cost accounting across the health system
• Advise the CFO and senior leadership on key financial decisions and performance
• Direct service line growth strategies and analyze market intelligence
• Oversee the governance and integrity of decision support systems for accurate financial data
• Establish standards for capital investment evaluation and approve methodologies
• Lead the development of executive dashboards that integrate financial and clinical metrics
• Ensure accountability for service line initiatives against business case targets

Qualifications

• MBA, MHA, or MPH with 10+ years of relevant healthcare finance experience
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role in decision support or cost accounting
• Expertise in service line profitability and financial modeling methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to advise C-suite executives on financial strategies
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and developing leadership talent
