Senior Director Advisory Services

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business across multiple clients with $5 million or more in sales
• Sell and deliver consulting projects and large engagements of $250k or more
• Develop service line offerings and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Actively grow the entire company portfolio
• Lead engagements and serve as a subject matter expert
• Provide clinical/technical oversight for team initiatives and presentations
• Monitor staff utilization and maintain appropriate margins on engagements

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree preferred
• RN license or other professional license preferred
• Leverage Lean Six Sigma training
