Responsibilities
- Translate go-to-market strategy into effective demand generation strategies for the company
- Own and manage campaign strategies focused on moving prospects from consideration to conversion
- Enhance sales-ready lead generation through a well-structured retargeting strategy
- Develop and oversee AI agents and workflows to improve multi-channel targeting and funnel conversion rates
- Create a data-driven testing roadmap to generate demand with clear conversion benchmarks
- Partner with Product Marketing to ensure campaign relevance and resonance with decision-makers
- Monitor, measure, and optimize campaign performance using data insights
Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on demand generation, preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue for new business
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns including paid ads, email, web, social, and events
- Proficient in building AI skills vs agents, crafting complex workflows, and leveraging marketing automation tools
- Data-driven with the ability to optimize campaigns based on metrics and demonstrate impact on pipeline outcomes
- Strong collaboration skills across multiple functions such as product, sales, and regional teams
- Hightly organized with the capacity to manage several programs in a fast-paced setting
