Senior Demand Generation Manager

The role

The Senior Demand Generation Manager is responsible for finding new opportunities for growth and scaling successful initiatives. Reporting to the demand leader, this role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a willingness to explore uncharted territories.

What you'll own

• A steady pipeline of structured tests across various channels, audiences, messaging, and landing pages, each with a clear hypothesis and measurable outcomes.
• New-channel discovery and proof: exploring connected TV, B2B influencer and partner voices, communities, Reddit, content syndication, programmatic, and AI-answer surfaces to identify pipelines.
• Building systems that enable quick and efficient testing across different tools and platforms.
• Hands-on execution of experiments, ensuring they are launched and measured honestly.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in growth, demand, or growth marketing.
• T-shaped skillset with depth in paid or content syndication, or an adjacent builder profile (e.g., GTM engineer, ex-founder, technical marketer).
• A bias towards action and comfort with ambiguity.
• Comfortable with modern tooling and automation.
• Bonus if you have experience with AI in demand generation or a portfolio of unconventional experiments that have been successful or instructive.
