What You'll Do
- Supporting and enhancing our Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Creating reports and dashboards that turn data into meaningful insights
- Troubleshooting user questions and resolving CRM issues
- Developing documentation and delivering engaging user training
- Supporting change management and helping colleagues adopt new technology
- Participating in CRM enhancements, testing, and future system improvements
- Championing data quality and CRM best practices
What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Three or more years of CRM, database, or business systems experience
- Experience with Salesforce (Nonprofit Cloud experience is a plus)
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Experience creating dashboards and reports
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A collaborative approach and commitment to outstanding customer service
Bonus Points
- Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Nonprofit fundraising or donor databases
- Change management or user adoption initiatives
- Excel, Power BI and/or other business intelligence tools
- Data imports, data quality, or CRM implementations

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range is $69,000-$73,000 and is commensurate with qualifications, skills, and experience
