- Provide leadership and mentorship to staff members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management or clinical practice
- Current licensure/certification in relevant field (e.g., RN, LPN, etc.)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
