Senior Corporate Attorney

Responsibilities

• Support a variety of corporate legal functions
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders including business leaders
• Manage legal matters in a fast-paced environment
• Provide strategic advice and solve business challenges
• Independently manage legal matters
• Quickly learn new business areas and operate with minimal supervision
• Work directly with business leaders and cross-functional partners
• Have experience supporting in-house legal departments within technology companies or other large enterprise organizations
• Have experience supporting Fortune 500 or enterprise organizations
• Have experience working through legal secondments, managed legal services, or Alternative Legal Service Providers (ALSPs)

Requirements

• J.D. and active bar membership
• Demonstrated career progression and strong tenure
• Experience supporting in-house legal departments within technology companies or other large enterprise organizations
• Ability to independently manage legal matters in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent business judgment, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications
