Senior Corporate Attorney
Bricker Graydon Wyatt is seeking an experienced attorney to join its growing Corporate practice in the Ohio and Kentucky markets.
About the role
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years’ experience in general business and transactional work with closely held businesses, as well as first chair M&A experience. Partial or full book of business is preferred, but not required.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in general business and transactional work with closely held businesses
- First chair M&A experience
- Excellent academic credentials
- High ethical standards
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments
