The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ construction law experience on transactional matters, including experience with the procurement of Ohio public design and construction contracts and the negotiation of contracts for various types of construction projects.

Pay
The anticipated pay range for this role is $160,000 - $175,000. The actual salary for this position will be determined based on several job-related factors, including background, experience and education, consistent with applicable law.

Experience with representation of hospitals or health care providers on regulatory and compliance matters and operations is a plus, as is experience with medical staff credentialing and/or health information technology.
