Senior Coordinator Talent Acquisition Operations
Responsibilities
- Cook up and schedule all internal and external candidate interviews, including in-person and virtual interviews using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Paradox, Success Factors, and other tech.
- Manage the scheduling process to ensure interviews and post-interview consensus meetings happen promptly, and keep candidates, HR, Hiring Managers, and Recruiters updated throughout the process.
- Provide recruitment technology support virtually and on-site if needed, assisting with troubleshooting and ad hoc communications with the candidate and interview panelists.
- Ensure a smooth process by supplying interview panelists with relevant materials such as interview guides and candidate resumes, and send candidates a confirmation email with interview details, updating as necessary.
- Coordinate all necessary candidate travel and accommodations for positions nationwide using the Nestlé Travel Policy and third-party vendors.
- Drive completion of Interview Recommendation Forms to meet compliance standards.
- Act as a liaison between the Operations and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure proper candidate documentation is submitted for candidate files (job descriptions, resumes, applications, interview recommendation forms).
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of corporate administrative experience.
- 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition coordination preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume workload and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience maintaining confidential information.
- Experience working as part of a team to achieve shared objectives.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook e-mail and calendar functionality, including creating and using templates, and using third-party tools to schedule meeting locations, conference calls, and video conference calls.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams functionality.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, including Mail Merge, formatting spreadsheets, basic formulas.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and attention to detail.
- Proactive problem solver, adaptable, flexible, and superior customer service skills.
Pay Range
The approximate pay range for this position is $58,000 to $77,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
