About the role

The Senior Coordinator, Talent Acquisition will assist our growing organization with recruiting efforts for all offices and teams. This role will handle the tactical duties required to successfully complete a recruitment cycle. The candidate must have great interpersonal skills and be able to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role will be based in Excel’s New York office.

Responsibilities

  • Posts open positions on our applicant tracking system (ATS) and job boards, internal and external communications.
  • Reviews resumes and conducts informational interviews.
  • Greets candidates for in-person interviews, alerting necessary interview participants and booking space as needed.
  • Creates and extends offer letters.
  • Manages pipeline for divisional needs as well as other areas of the company when asked.
  • Helps maintain accurate data in the ATS and supports day-to-day recruiting operations.
  • Contributes to special projects across the TA team including process improvement initiatives, talent research, and reporting.
  • Maintains job descriptions.
  • Keeps all recruiting folders organized and up to date.
  • Provides timely interview status updates to all hiring managers.
  • Executes background and reference checks.
  • Meets with hiring teams to discuss role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and interview processes.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 2-3 years of full-cycle recruitment, recruiting coordination, and operations experience.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms.
  • Experience with a high-volume recruitment process.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $70,000–$78,000 per year.

Benefits

This position is eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus.
