About the role

This role is 5 days onsite based at our Buford, GA distribution center.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute high volume recruiting across the Supply Chain Organization.
    • Manage the job posting process for niche and national job boards.
    • Sourcing, phone screening and video interview scheduling.
    • Create and manage offer packets.
    • Manage and analyze candidate documents, records, and offer packets ensuring compliance with OFCCP.
    • Analyze and report on key TA scorecard and objectives metrics.
    • Support the growth and enhancement of internal programs, university engagement, and local community programs and partnerships to build local talent pipeline.
    • Lead collaboration efforts with HR and other stakeholders across the enterprise.
    • Manage cross-functional teams created for special projects/events.
    • Maintain guidelines for communications to internal and external partners, vendors, and candidates.
    • Manage Talent Acquisition communication channels and create SOP documents to establish and drive more efficient and unified processes across the organization.
    • Represent Talent Acquisition in cross-functional projects.

Requirements

  • Identify recruitment support needs and implement solutions with recruiters and partners on assigned team(s).
  • Manage entire initial candidate process including job posting, sourcing, pre-screening, pre-employment process, assessment, and video interviews.
  • Ensure compliance in the collection and handling of candidate documents, records, and offer packets.
  • Manage and analyze the collective reporting of recruiting KPIs.
  • Develop and implement human resources marketing, recruitment, retention, and public relations programs to ensure consistent pipeline and availability of qualified candidates.
  • Manage and drive activities related to partnership between community involvement and recruiting across all key geographic markets.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related business field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Skills

  • Skilled with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Pro-active troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines, yet remain flexible concerning changing assignments.
  • Strong collaboration and ability to partner with stakeholders in HR and across the business.

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule

The salary range for this role is $60,000/year to $65,000/year, however all state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed.
