Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support high-volume talent acquisition efforts across the organization, with a primary focus on screening, outreach, and pipeline development for manufacturing roles.

Essential Job Functions

  • Assist in management of full-cycle recruiting for all high-volume positions within the organization
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams, assessing candidates for culture fit to help protect and reinforce organizational culture
  • Maintain consistent candidate communication throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (Paylocity)
  • Support candidate pipeline development by identifying and engaging passive candidates for frequently hired roles, proactively sourcing candidates to reduce reliance on external recruiting agencies
  • Manage posting and refreshing job listings across job boards and social media platforms
  • Aid in background check and drug screen coordination as part of the pre-employment process
  • Absorb onboarding processes through HR software to ensure a smooth and compliant new hire experience
  • Ensure accurate applicant tracking data to support Affirmative Action compliance and reporting
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead to meet time-to-fill targets and workforce planning needs
  • Assist with recruiting campaigns and job fairs to build brand awareness and candidate interest

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or a related high-volume outreach role required
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills required
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment required
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Work Environment

This position is an in-office role (no hybrid or remote).
