Assist our growing organization with recruiting efforts for all offices and teams. This role supports the tactical duties required to successfully complete a recruitment cycle. The candidate must have great interpersonal skills and be able to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Based in Excel’s New York office.
Responsibilities
- Post open positions on our applicant tracking system (ATS) and job boards, internal and external communications.
- Review resumes and conduct informational interviews.
- Greet candidates for in-person interviews, alert necessary interview participants, and book space as needed.
- Create and extend offer letters.
- Manage pipeline for divisional needs and other areas of the company as requested.
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS and support day-to-day recruiting operations.
- Contribute to special projects across the TA team, including process improvement initiatives, talent research, and reporting.
- Maintain job descriptions.
- Keep all recruiting folders organized and up to date.
- Provide timely interview status updates to all hiring managers.
- Execute background and reference checks.
- Meet with hiring teams to discuss role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and interview processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 2-3 years of full-cycle recruitment, recruiting coordination, and operations experience.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms.
- Experience with a high-volume recruitment process.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $70,000–$78,000 per year.
