Assist our growing organization with recruiting efforts for all offices and teams. This role supports the tactical duties required to successfully complete a recruitment cycle. The candidate must have great interpersonal skills and be able to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Based in Excel’s New York office.

Responsibilities

  • Post open positions on our applicant tracking system (ATS) and job boards, internal and external communications.
  • Review resumes and conduct informational interviews.
  • Greet candidates for in-person interviews, alert necessary interview participants, and book space as needed.
  • Create and extend offer letters.
  • Manage pipeline for divisional needs and other areas of the company as requested.
  • Maintain accurate data in the ATS and support day-to-day recruiting operations.
  • Contribute to special projects across the TA team, including process improvement initiatives, talent research, and reporting.
  • Maintain job descriptions.
  • Keep all recruiting folders organized and up to date.
  • Provide timely interview status updates to all hiring managers.
  • Execute background and reference checks.
  • Meet with hiring teams to discuss role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and interview processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 2-3 years of full-cycle recruitment, recruiting coordination, and operations experience.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms.
  • Experience with a high-volume recruitment process.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $70,000–$78,000 per year.

Benefits

This position is eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus.
