About the role
Assists managers, supervisors, and front-line agents by performing administrative activities and functions to support airport operations, including scheduling, payroll, report preparation, wellness administration, safety reporting, record retention, financial planning, contract oversight, and event planning.
Responsibilities
- Provides support for station frontline employees and general managers, including answering office questions, addressing payroll and scheduling issues, and assisting with badging requirements.
- Gathers documents for performance and wellness events and interprets contracts on an ad-hoc basis.
- Processes and corrects documents related to exceptions in time and attendance systems to ensure accurate payroll for frontline employees.
- Creates reports such as landing fee reports, daily operations reports, and other decision-making tools for general managers, supervisors, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
- Processes accounting invoices for station expenses, including customer service vouchers (CSVs) and vendor invoices, and reconciles general ledger (G/L) line items monthly.
- Manages office supplies, plans office events, and organizes general meetings.
- Handles safety and OJI reporting, airport and governmental reports, and employee badging.
- Ensures compliance with SAQ and other audit requirements through record retention and process implementation.
- Provides estimated expenses to FP&A and supports financial planning and analysis.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, and Word).
- Ability to analyze and report on data.
- Strong and positive communication skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain composure in high-volume/high-pressure situations.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
- Successful completion of an interview required to meet job qualifications.
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Airline experience.
Pay
The base pay range for this role is $45,030.00 to $58,656.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
