We're seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Recruiter to lead clinician recruitment efforts across a national network of highly specialized programs.
Responsibilities
- Managing the full-cycle physician recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Building and maintaining robust physician talent pipelines for hospitals nationwide.
- Screwing, interviewing, and evaluating physician candidates for clinical opportunities.
- Developing and executing strategic recruitment plans in partnership with operational leadership.
- Maintaining accurate candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Serving as the primary liaison between physician candidates and hospital leadership.
- Negotiating employment terms in collaboration with Legal and Clinical HR teams.
- Monitoring recruitment metrics, applicant flow, and hiring trends to improve recruiting effectiveness.
- Researching market conditions and competitive healthcare recruiting trends to identify new sourcing strategies.
- Supporting physician onboarding to ensure a seamless transition into practice.
- Building long-term relationships with physician candidates for future opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2–4 years of physician recruitment or healthcare recruiting experience.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- Healthcare or physician recruitment experience within a national organization.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Able to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Experience developing strategic recruiting initiatives and talent pipelines.
Skills

Pay
Annual Compensation Range: $90,000 - $100,000 annually + Incentive Plan.
