Overview

Kimley-Horn is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter for its Philadelphia, PA office. This is a full-time position with no remote or hybrid options.

Responsibilities

  • Lead professional hiring efforts in the northeast region and across the firm.
  • Build and engage with candidate pipelines for both active and passive candidates.
  • Proactively source candidates and guide them through the recruiting process.
  • Develop tools to market Kimley-Horn as an ideal workplace.
  • Manage and coordinate the recruiting program, including applicant tracking systems, employee referrals, and recruitment projects.
  • Provide regular updates to regional partners, stakeholders, and other recruiting influencers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7+ years of relevant Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC), agency, or professional services recruiting experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to candidates, clients, and leadership teams
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and candidate pipelines, as well as drive the recruiting processes
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Professional presence and charisma, with the ability to create strong working relationships with internal and external staff
