Overview
Kimley-Horn is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter for its Philadelphia, PA office. This is a full-time position with no remote or hybrid options.
Responsibilities
- Lead professional hiring efforts in the northeast region and across the firm.
- Build and engage with candidate pipelines for both active and passive candidates.
- Proactively source candidates and guide them through the recruiting process.
- Develop tools to market Kimley-Horn as an ideal workplace.
- Manage and coordinate the recruiting program, including applicant tracking systems, employee referrals, and recruitment projects.
- Provide regular updates to regional partners, stakeholders, and other recruiting influencers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7+ years of relevant Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC), agency, or professional services recruiting experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to candidates, clients, and leadership teams
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and candidate pipelines, as well as drive the recruiting processes
- Ability to travel as needed
- Professional presence and charisma, with the ability to create strong working relationships with internal and external staff
