Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of candidate interactions, from sourcing to onboarding
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
• Conduct thorough research on target markets and industries to identify high-potential candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies
• Utilize various recruiting channels and technologies to attract top talent
• Prepare and deliver compelling job descriptions and interview questions
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for subsequent rounds
• Research and evaluate candidates through reference checks, background checks, and other verification processes
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and employment
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet departmental goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent communication and writing skills, both verbal and written
• Experience using ATS systems and other recruitment software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

Schedule

The position is currently hybrid, with a mix of remote and in-office work. Remote work is expected to be 50% of the time, with the remaining 50% in an office setting.
