Senior Clinical Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Recruiter to join our team. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting clinical research professionals to support our clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical research, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, and recruiting clinical research professionals
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including CROs, academic institutions, and industry partners
• Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and tactics
• Managing the entire recruitment process from initial outreach to final hire
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, life sciences)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research recruitment
• Experience working with CROs, academic institutions, and industry partners
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in clinical research recruitment
• Experience with clinical trial management systems (e.g., REDCap, eCOA)
• Knowledge of clinical research protocols and standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
