About the role

This position is an on-site role based out of our Boston, MA office.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of five (5) years administrative or team support experience in a professional services environment
  • A high level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
  • A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to stay focused, adaptable, and constructive in all situations
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, follow through, and get work across the finish line
  • Excellent organizational, time management, proofreading, and multitasking skills
  • A strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • A customer service mindset and the ability to work effectively with a range of personalities, demonstrating patience, professionalism, and resilience
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
  • A working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems; comfort with data tracking tools
  • A Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Commercial real estate experience a plus

  • Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $27.00 to $39.62 USD per hour
  • The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
