About the role
The Nashville office of Avison Young is searching for a Senior Client Services Coordinator to provide support for a team of brokerage professionals and assist with the overall operations of the office.
Responsibilities
- Support a team of multiple brokers and projects, prioritize needs and effectively communicate with the team
- Produce marketing materials including but not limited to brochures, flyers, direct mail, advertisements, newsletters, invitations, banners, tour books, lease abstracts, BOVs, OMs, RFPs, proposals and presentations
- Participate in qualifying properties for office tours and set tour schedules
- Participate in requests and communication with the brokerage community to request property information
- Redline lease documents and track as review progresses if not handled by counsel
- Create lease analysis and purchase analysis
- Prepare tenant stacking for buildings as needed
- Track lease expiration dates, annual anniversary dates, and send appropriate correspondence
- Submit completed deal transactions to Operations team and follow through for invoicing and payment of commissions
- General team support that includes meeting coordination, expense reports, follow up letters and correspondence and transaction documents
- Create web-based marketing tools and communications
- Act as steward of the firm’s brand and visual brand standards
- Aid in the creation and management of property marketing campaigns and signage requests
- Aid in the creation and management of bulk prospect mailings
- Create or coordinate the creation of custom maps, site plans and building stack plans for use in proposals and presentations
- Create and update market surveys using CoStar, LoopNet, etc.
- Utilize our world-class CRM
- Remain abreast of Avison Young’s technology and innovation initiatives within the marketing organization and identify areas of use in the local market; commitment to evolve skills with changing needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or related discipline
- Active real estate license required
- 3-5 years commercial real estate experience
- You are skilled with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); and expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning
- Experience working with business clients to achieve real estate objectives
- Experience in creating executive level presentations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and work effectively both independently and in teams
- Prioritization and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Extremely organized with excellent multitasking and time management skills
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office
- Experience with real estate databases and lease management systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
