About the role
As a Senior Real Estate Marketing & Transaction Coordinator (internally called Senior Client Services Coordinator), you're at the forefront of the action, delivering exceptional marketing and administrative support to an assigned broker team. From project management to financial analysis support, you're the go-to guru for all things Commercial real estate.
Responsibilities
- Balance multiple activities and projects at a time for multiple members of the team, and track action items.
- Participate in management and coordination of transaction and due diligence processes. Enter deal sheets, submit completed trade records, and support paperwork.
- Execute marketing campaigns, including scheduling campaigns, maintaining mailing lists, and running campaign reports.
- Create marketing flyers and update as needed to show changes in project. Update Brokers’ recent transactions on applicable websites.
- Monitor competitor research and data collection, and liaise with appropriate departments to obtain data, such as company and title searches, and property particulars (e.g. financial, marketing, research).
- Coordinate market reports and conduct basic comparative analyses.
- Develop pitches and presentations for a varied range of clients and brokers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant Commercial Real Estate experience.
- Adobe InDesign experience is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or similar field.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.

- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Pay
Approximate Hourly Range for this Role: $26.35/hour to $33.65/hour
Schedule
This is an Onsite working arrangement at our Glendale, Los Angeles, CA office.
