Senior Client Service Specialist, Business Insurance

About the role

The Senior Client Service Specialist at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) plays a crucial part in delivering high-quality service to clients and colleagues. This role involves working closely with the Business Insurance team to meet the service needs of customers.

Responsibilities

• Work with other members of the department to meet the service needs of customers
• Process changes, ratings, and accurate client data entry
• Show attention to detail in performing tasks

Requirements

• A high school diploma is required
• A Property & Casualty Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days) is preferred
• At least two (2) years of Business Insurance experience is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.) is necessary
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship is required

Qualifications

• An associates or bachelors degree is preferred
• Experience with EPIC, Sagitta, and/or ImageRight, CSR24 is a plus
• Insurance designations such as (CISR, AAI, CIC, etc.) are a plus

Pay

The applicable base salary range for this role is $41,200 to $76,800. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.

Schedule

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with 3 days in the office.
