Client Service Specialist, Business Insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues.
• Work with other members of the department to meet the service needs of customers.
• Apply attention to detail to master tasks such as processing changes, rating, and accurate client data entry.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Property & Casualty Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Two (2) years’ Business Insurance experience, preferably in an agency.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Insurance designations such as (CISR, AAI, CIC, etc.).
• Experience working with EPIC, Sagitta, and/or ImageRight.
