Senior Client Manager, Business Insurance

About the role

As a Senior Client Manager on the Business Insurance team at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), you will manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage analysis and risk management recommendations to clients and prospects.
• Negotiate coverage and pricing with insurance carriers.
• Prepare proposals and resolve billing issues.
• Mentor Client Service Associates in developing policy-checking skills and coverage knowledge.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Insurance, Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment).
• Insurance designations (INS, AAI, CISR) or demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Experience using EPIC.
• Experience working with Trucking clients and Captives is a plus.
• Working towards CPCU, CIC, ARM, and/or AU designations or demonstrating equivalent knowledge and ability.
