About the role

The Senior Client Manager on the Business Insurance team at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) manages relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing coverage analysis, risk management recommendations, negotiating coverage and pricing with carriers, preparing proposals, and policy-checking.
  • Mentoring Client Service Associates by developing their coverage knowledge.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Client Manager, you will:

  • Manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers.
  • Provide coverage analysis, risk management recommendations, negotiate coverage and pricing with carriers, prepare proposals, and perform policy-checking.
  • Mentor Client Service Associates by developing their coverage knowledge.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Insurance, Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment).
  • Insurance designations (INS, AAI, CISR) or demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages.
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship.

Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Experience using EPIC.
  • Experience working with Real Estate and Manufacturing clients.
  • Working towards CPCU, CIC, ARM, and/or AU designations or equivalent knowledge and ability.

Skills
