About the role
The Senior Client Executive plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing assigned accounts to achieve client retention and satisfaction. This position involves account rounding, troubleshooting, cross-selling, and collaboration with Producers on new business development.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, monitor, and manage assigned accounts to meet client retention goals and ensure client satisfaction.
- Oversee all aspects of assigned accounts, including account rounding, troubleshooting, cross-selling, and collaboration with Producers on new business development.
- Drive retention and new business in alignment with the company’s sales and service model.
- Establish structure and accountability within your respective departments/groups to optimize the firm’s economic potential.
- Support your team by providing technical advice, market insights, guidance, and leadership during internal and external discussions and negotiations.
- Facilitate educational opportunities for team members and provide direction for their career development and success.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years’ insurance industry experience with at least 4 years’ experience in a brokerage environment.
- Active P&C License.
- Demonstrated success in a leadership role.
- Effective oral and written communication and relationship building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to conduct presentations and speak to internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as agency management systems and web browser software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Advanced insurance designations applicable to the above duties strongly preferred.
- Willingness to pursue continuing education and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance or other relevant programs.
- Experience with Epic.
