Responsibilities
- Investigate claims and determine liability
- Communicate with clients to resolve disputes
- Prepare and submit claim documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in claims handling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Knowledge of insurance laws and regulations
- Experience with claims management software
- Strong attention to detail
