About the role
We are hiring a Senior Business Development Representative to help us grow our business. Ideal candidates have experience in enterprise sales development roles, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities
- Utilize cold calling, social media, and email to generate new sales opportunities
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
Requirements
- A passion for sales
- Previous Enterprise SDR experience
- Exceptional aptitude and strong drive for success
- Represent Narvar's products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next steps
- Able to articulate and lead the value proposition of our Narvar platform

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
Skills
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong desire and ability to move up within an organization
- Experience worked in the technology/SaaS, e-commerce, or marketing sector

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $45,000 to $55,000 USD, which includes a mix of base salary, annual bonus, equity, and benefits.
