The Role

As a Senior Business Development Manager (USA), you’ll be at the front line of Tarento’s expansion, owning strategic growth in one of our most critical markets. This is not a transactional sales role—it’s about building executive-level relationships, driving large-scale transformation deals, and positioning Tarento as a trusted digital partner for enterprises.

What You’ll Do

  • Shape Market Presence: Define and execute Tarento’s go-to-market strategy for the US, with a focus on digital transformation, product engineering, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Win Strategic Deals: Identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities across industries—from Fortune 500 enterprises to fast-scaling digital natives.
  • C-Suite Engagement: Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior executives and decision-makers, articulating Tarento’s value proposition in a compelling way.
  • Collaborate Globally: Partner with Tarento’s Nordic and India delivery teams to co-create solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring value realization and customer delight.
  • Be a Growth Catalyst: Act as the voice of the US market within Tarento, influencing offerings, partnerships, and brand presence.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, consultative sales, or account management within IT services, digital transformation, or technology consulting.
  • Proven ability to close $2M+ annual deals and manage large enterprise accounts.
  • Strong network with CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders in the US.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently while being globally connected.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
