About Track'em

Track'em is a specialist enterprise SaaS company delivering materials, workforce, and supply-chain tracking solutions to the world's largest oil & gas, mining, and capital projects. Our clients include Rio Tinto, BHP, Fortescue, and Chevron, and we've tracked over 10 million items across more than 60 enterprise projects globally. We're now expanding US operations from our new Texas office and looking for a Business Development Manager to help drive our next growth chapter.

Opportunity

This is a senior sales role reporting directly to the CEO. You'll own the US pipeline end-to-end, from sourcing and prospecting through to close. As one of our early foundational US hires, there's genuine career upside as we scale over the next two years and beyond. You'll work alongside our Australian team and partner network to convert channel pipeline into new US revenue, while also building direct enterprise relationships in the oil & gas, mining, and capital project sectors.

What you'll do

  • Identify and prioritize target accounts, including partner-referred opportunities
  • Run discovery calls, product demos, and enterprise client presentations
  • Build and manage a structured US sales pipeline with active deal progression
  • Develop proposals, commercial terms, and statements of work
  • Build executive relationships at enterprise prospects and within partner networks
  • Organize lunch-and-learn sessions, webinars, and joint events with channel partners
  • Collaborate with our Australia-based engineering, delivery, and operations teams
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements
  • Report pipeline status, progress, and revenue projections directly to the CEO

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in enterprise SaaS, software, or industrial technology sales
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting and enterprise deal execution
  • Exposure to oil & gas, mining, or large capital projects preferred
  • Experience selling through or alongside a global channel partner
  • Experience with Gap Selling, Challenger Sales, or similar methodologies
  • Exceptional discovery and presentation skills
  • Coachable, determined, and persistent; comfortable in a founder-led environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience)
