Position Overview
Capital Services, Inc. is seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and expand our presence in the mid-market and large employer space. This role is designed for a true hunter—a sales professional who thrives on building relationships, creating new opportunities, and closing business at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Establish relationships with executive decision-makers (CEO, CFO, CHRO)
  • Lead consultative discussions around healthcare strategy, cost management, and workforce solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present tailored solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through close
  • Represent the firm professionally in the market and at industry events

Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B sales with a strong track record of new business development
  • Experience in employee benefits, insurance, HR solutions, or a related field preferred
  • Established professional network and/or Centers of Influence
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and discipline
