About the role

Senior Associate, UKG within the Advisory practice, responsible for leading UKG implementation workstreams and developing project management standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead UKG product/module implementation (UKG Pro, Ready, Dimensions)
• Develop and apply project management tools and standards
• Maintain professional integrity and foster a respectful work environment

Qualifications & Skills

• At least three years of relevant UKG consulting experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field
• Certifications and expertise in UKG modules such as HR, Payroll, Benefits, Scheduling, Workforce Management, and Analytics
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel as needed and work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship
