Role Overview The Senior Associate in UKG within the Advisory practice leads workstreams for UKG product implementations, including UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions. They develop and implement project management standards and tools, ensuring effective delivery and client satisfaction. The role requires acting with integrity and professionalism to uphold a respectful work environment. Key Responsibilities Lead UKG implementation projects across various modules such as HR, Payroll, Benefits, Scheduling, Workforce Management, and Analytics.Develop project management frameworks and tools to support successful project execution.Collaborate with clients and teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of three years' relevant experience in UKG Consulting.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or related field.Certifications and proven expertise in UKG products/modules, including UKG Pro (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, Talent Management, Performance), UKG Ready (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Hiring, HR), or UKG Dimensions (Scheduling, Workforce Management, Analytics, Mobile).Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel as needed and work independently with integrity.
