Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum three years of relevant UKG consulting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or related field.
- Certifications and expertise in UKG modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, Talent Management, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Workforce Management, and analytics.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
